“I was hesitant to order mattresses online but this company is great. Any time I had questions, they were easily accessible and they took the initiative to make sure that the order was legit since the delivery address and billing address were different. I wouldn't get a mattress any where else.”

“We bought a split King Glideaway Odessa adjustable bed with elevation kits for both sides and couldn't be happier with the purchase from Bedplanet. The bed arrived in a reasonable amount of time and is now in use! Bedplanet had the best price we could find.”

“I ordered an adjustable bed for my 83 year old Mom from BedPlanet.com and was so pleased by the specialized treatment that we received throughout the whole process. I initially found the product and pricing online at BedPlanet.com but then called to ask a few questions and the customer service person I spoke to was so helpful!. The bed arrived earlier than the expected delivery time, and the company that came to set it up was also very professional, pleasant and great to work with. I highly recommend BedPlanet.com.”

“Since I am still leary of making big purchases on-line, I do a LOT of research. I had been researching mattresses for 3-4 months and kept coming back to bedplanet.com. Even so, I set out to look around locally and price shop for the mattress I was considering. I also wanted to actually lay on the one I was considering to see if I felt it would work out for me. This would be a pricey purchase as I really wanted to get an adjustable base with it and my budget was very tight. I tried out the mattress at a well known mattress chain store and loved it. They were having a sale and offered me a deal to get both the mattress and the adjustable base. I went ahead and put the purchase on layaway to hold the price until our remodel was done and I could take delivery. After the purchase I still kept questioning if I had made the right decision. The adjustable base they offered was very plain and basic and I kept feeling like I could do better. So back to Bed Planet I went to look again. This time I called them and spoke with Richard Bosworth. I can't say enough good about Richard! Besides having a great personality and customer service skills, he worked with me and gave me a really good deal on a combo set, the mattress I wanted AND a much upgraded adjustable base from the one I had on layaway. It was a no brainer. I ordered the combo set from Richard and went back and cancelled my layaway with the local company, which they were not too pleased about. The manager tried his best to talk me out of cancelling (including using a few subtle scare tactics about ordering on-line) and even offered me another discount, because he just couldn't believe I would actually want to purchase a mattress on-line...oh the horror of it! He couldn't comprehend that even with the additional discount he offered, I was still getting a better deal AND an upgraded adjustable base with Bed Planet. Once my purchase was made with bedplanet.com Richard was still there to promptly answer my emails with the few additional questions I had. He was always very pleasant and patient. Everything went as I was told it would, right on schedule. I have nothing negative to say about Bed Planet. This was my largest on-line purchase ever and I have no regrets. I highly recommend them.”

“We were promised to receive our king size mattress within two weeks and it arrived exactly on time. This is after ordering the same mattress from another large on-line retailer, waiting a month with no word, and finally having to give up and get a refund. I highly recommend Bedplanet!”

“I like how this mattress has a good form support. Before I bought this mattress, I was sleeping on a Casper foam mattress and never got the support I needed for my back. I feels good to finally be sleeping on something with coil support. The pillow top makes for a cool enjoyable rest. Will definitely buy another when it comes time.”

“Love the mattress and glide-away adjustable frame. I must say, at 6'4" I have a bit of a buyers remorse. I chose the slip Twin XL side by side as to have one firm (what I like), and medium on the other side (potential future mate). However, when choosing a mattress I was so focused on the feel of the mattress type, I did not properly fit the mattress to my height. Consequently, I have a mattress that has 2" of head to toe wiggle room. At this price point, I would rather just get one firm King size.”
