“I tried to use a coupon online. When it would not work I called customer service. Tanner was super polite and helpful. He placed my order for me and it was delivered the same week.”

“It's fantastic! I have used it every night since it was delivered last Friday. Three friends have used it also and the first thing they say is WOW! The only problem is my head does not reach the pillow for the massage. ,”

“We were promised to receive our king size mattress within two weeks and it arrived exactly on time. This is after ordering the same mattress from another large on-line retailer, waiting a month with no word, and finally having to give up and get a refund. I highly recommend Bedplanet!”

“BedPlanet delivered as promised. The Sealy Geneva Ruby mattress was delivered in excellent condition. The boxspring was poorly manufactured, one corner guard was missing staples and not attached properly to the frame. Luckily I had a staple gun and stapled the guard and the poorly attached facing material. Very poor attention to detail by the manufacture. Your company needs to ping Sealy and let them know we will think twice about ordering Sealy again!”

“The shipping was excellent, the guys did an excellent job of bringing in the mattress, which weighs 150 lbs, and set it up with no problems. Everything from the purchase to the delivery went great. The mattress was just what we were expecting, very comfortable. Bed planet is an excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks everybody. Well done.”

“Product arrived and we are very happy with our purchase. There was a mixup with delivery and we only received one of two of our packages. The company immediately corrected the problem and the second package arrived the following day. All is good.”

“I was able to identify the Stearns and Foster mattress I wanted at a few different department stores. Even on sale the pricing was inflated. I verified with Bed Planet customer service that they carried the bed I wanted at a rock bottom price, no gimmicks. They usold me a genuine factory sealed mattress with factory warranty, delivery and old mattress removal all included. Will never deal with a showroom again if I can have the same experience with Bed Planet. Thank you for having such honest business practices, though I shouldn't have to say that. My only complaint is that the delivery company called around 7 am to confirm that I was home. Otherwise perfect service, and my mattress is heavem.”

“I like how this mattress has a good form support. Before I bought this mattress, I was sleeping on a Casper foam mattress and never got the support I needed for my back. I feels good to finally be sleeping on something with coil support. The pillow top makes for a cool enjoyable rest. Will definitely buy another when it comes time.”

“After searching at my local retail stores for a bed I finally found one that I liked and wanted to purchase. There was a Labor Day Sale happening and every store had the same exact price but I decided to go online to see what I could find. While Bed Planet had the same price I still had some questions for them and they wowed me with their knowledge and how warm and appreciative they were of my potential order. I even asked a couple of questions that I already knew the answer to and they aced the test! Another reason I decided to go with Bed Planet is when they pointed out I would be saving the sales tax which in my county is very high. It seems as though there are mattress stores on almost every corner, but when you have a place like Bed Planet why would you go anywhere else?!!”
