“I really enjoyed the box of beer but had to cancel the subscription for now, I spoke to Douglas to cancel, he was so friendly and helpful, very pleasant to talk to :)”

“Every time I spoke to beer 52 they were very nice and listened to what I wanted. They gave me some good deals to keep me, I only signed up for the free trail but really enjoyed it so carried on with it for a few more months.”

“Douglas was helpful and considerate in handling a cancellation call. However, i'm surprised that a phone call is required to cancel. On the other hand, Douglas was able to advise that I had about £10 off to use, which isn't apparent anywhere on the website....”
