“Very friendly customer care staff members. Interesting books, containing the back story of beers supplied. Interesting selection of beers. Overall a great idea worth the money! Had to cancel my subscription due to personal circumstances otherwise I have nothing to complain about.”

“Enjoyed quite a few of their boxes, but didn't enjoy the last few as much. Douglas was understanding on the phone and offered things to make me stay, but wasn't too pushy.”
