“Really happy with the service and product in general. Douglas on the phone to discuss options around cancellation / pausing / frequency of deliveries etc was extremely friendly and helpful and really happy with the outcome. Clearly a company that cares a great deal about customer experience!”

“I've chatted to Douglas on a couple of occasions whether it was to change my order, put my account on hold whilst I was abroad or in the last instance inform him that the courier service had lost my order. He has only ever been polite, helpful and has an easy charm and a wicked sense of humour. It's a shame there aren't more Douglas's in this world. Full respect!”

“Amazing beers through Beer52 - great selection and high quality! Douglas was super helpful on the phone, was interested in my experience and went above and beyond to respond to my query. Thank you! One tiny heads up - Beer52 delivery does come in a branded box and it’s obvious what it is, so hold that in mind if getting it delivered to your place of work :-))”
