“A good way to sample beers you might not otherwise get, contacting the helpline to change delivery etc was made easy by Douglas.”

“Called up to cancel my subscription as I have found myself (strangely) drinking less during lock down so beers were stacking up a bit. Spoke to Douglas who was a great lad to deal with and enjoyed a wee chat with him while he processed the cancellation. Everything straight forward. The beers that I had drank so far were brilliant and if my habits change, I will gladly subscribe again.”

“My whole experience with Beer52 has been great. Deliveries have always been on time, value for money is good, perks and offers have been great and customer service is exactly what it should be; friendly, helpful, understanding and most importantly accepting. There was no up-selling or hard sell from Douglas when I eventually cancelled my subscription that you would usually find elsewhere. I need to point out that I only cancelled as I'm not really a beer man, lager is my tipple and the 8 boxes I had from the guys couldn't change that, as good as they were.”

“The delivery was spot on and it beer was awesome. When I had to cancel the account due to unforeseen circumstances Douglas was a great sympathetic help. Hopefully I will be in a position to take advantage of this opportunity to re join in the future. Cheers.”

“At first when I saw I had to call up to cancel my subscription I was a little hesitant and thought it was quite annoying I couldn't just press a button. But then, when I called and spoke to Angus, I couldn't have been happier. He helped me out with my subscription and also had a genuine interest in how I am doing/coping with lockdown2.0. With the way the our global mental health is going we need more people like Angus who are not only great at their job but are great people to speak to. Angus put a smile on my face on what was starting to become a quite bleak and miserable day where I was struggling with my mental health. He's the reason my subscription is not canceled and I am staying for another month.”
