“All calls have been really well handled and all staff I’ve spoken to seemed really nice and helpful. Not trying to be overly pushy or make me feel bad for not staying. The trial box was fantastic. If I was a bigger beer drinker I would use beer 52 again Douglas Munro was brilliant to deal with and came across as a great character too”

“I have to say Douglas handled my call very professionally to resolve the problem his calm approach to sorting the problem with ease really helped me so much! Cannot fault him he’s smashed it also cannot fault the guys at beer 52 for helping just had a bad experience with one of the workers but that has been resolved since I contacted Douglas 5 stars for me! Thanks!”

“Beer 52 are a great company, they provide great beers from all over the world and getting a monthly delivery was a real treat.. Would definitely recommend them.. Had to call customer services this afternoon and spoke to Douglas who was knowledgeable friendly and super professional, he got the job done and all is great.. Well done Beer52 and cheers Douglas..”

“Douglas was fantastic helping me to resolve my issue today. He was very well informed about the products and industry and really helped to put me at ease while discussing my issue. It's not often I end a call with a customer service department with a smile on my face and chuckling to myself; a great little lift I needed today, thank you. Now I'm looking forward to my next box, which Douglas did me a great deal on (hopefully I'll get all the beers I was expecting this time...) . If only all customer service experiences could be as positive as mine today, a lot of CS departments could learn a great deal from Douglas. I've always had good service from Beer52 and today's experience exemplified how customer care should be done.”

“Great customer service. Received my first crate just in time for the weekend and enjoyed 3 or 4 of them. Called up to cancel my subscription but was kindly informed by a guy called Douglas M that I had £8 credit available to use on my next month, but had no obligation to do so. I agreed to stay subscribed and was told that they would also throw in an extra couple of beers. Winner! Such a pleasure to talk to regardless of whether I continued my subscription or not. Great customer service.”

“Received a box via the Homemove box, beers were great. Unfortunately, my partner has urged me to cut back and save on costs. Douglas was very helpful, offered me options to pause (that I was quite tempted by) but understood my situation and was very friendly about it. Will consider signing up again in the future. Thanks.”
