“Amazing service, only reason I stopped was because I no longer am in the house enough to justify getting a regular supply of beer, When I need to change my subscription Kirsty from customer service was extremely efficient and friendly, would recommend trying the Beer52”

“Douglas was absolutely lovely on the phone, we got disconnected and he rang me straight back, he was polite and helpful. Explained everything extremely well so I understood. I didn’t feel any pressure to continue with my subscription and he mad it’s a pleasant customer experience. Thank you”

“Beer choice is always interesting - may not always be to my taste, but it’s a great opportunity to try something different that you would struggle to find elsewhere. There are occasional glitches with packaging and delivery, but always quickly and effectively resolved by the support team - Angus was particularly helpful with my last query, so thanks to him (and all the others I’ve had dealings with).”

“I love getting an unexpected range of beers every month and trying new things. I find it really handy getting it delivered straight to my door too, so I don’t have to lug heavy beers back from the shop. The magazine that comes with the subscription box is surprisingly good too, with well-written and varied articles. Great customer service as well. I love Beer52 and would really recommend!”
