“Beer 52 customer service is consistently reliable and great. On this occasion I need help regarding some difficulty and confusion as what was happening to my delivery , a courier problem, not beer 52 . Meg responded to my email in a really helpful reassuring way. Thank you Beer 52 as you make me feel like a valued customer in how you respond and your choice of beers are brilliant!”

“Natalie and Joshua were very fast helping me with my order. I sent an email in the evening to ask for help and the next morning they offered support and resolved it almost instantly. Very good beers, good books every month and nice snacks too. Very happy with beer52. Keep it like that! Loving the fact they re based in Edinburgh too :-)”
