“The service was easy to subscribe to, clear and had good quality beers. I suspect I got unlucky with the few I got before I cancelled, but got an awful lot of citrus flavoured IPAs and coffee stouts. Both are nice, but I wanted more variety when I was paying a lot. Notably missing any traditional style ales, but I guess since it's craft that's not the flavour of the day. Cancelling was a bit of a faff, I really don't like it when companies make you phone up as it's a transparent attempt to try and convince you to stay (or just add a little bit more of a mental barrier). Douglas who I rang was friendly despite the canned phrases he had to use to try and retain my custom. Good experience overall despite the criticisms!”

“I love the Beer52 concept; it's been especially valuable to me during lockdown. Their customer service is excellent, accessible, friendly, and efficient. The beer selections definitely suggest someone knows their stuff. One point of constructive criticism, I do think the option for more customisation would be nice - I really don't like sours, never found one that I've ever liked, and it would be good to have a menu where you can tick boxes as to which types of beer you would like to exclude from your subscription. Whilst it's decent value for money, it's still not cheap, and I don't want to waste money on a beer I know I won't enjoy.”

“They have a good product I signed up after receiving a promotional code from a friend. I got a free box and delivery. I decided I didn't want to continue the subscription and called to cancel. Was hassle free and very friendly staff member.”

“A great experience, with a nice, wide selection of beers. When I decided to end my subscription Douglas was personable and practical which made it a quick process. I will come back as a customer some time.”

“Got a case of beers through a promotional offer from another product I purchased. They were very enjoyable, a good variety, and so on. Customer service was good, cancellation was straightforward as I didn't want to proceed with a subscription. Spoke to Douglas (Munro) in the course of cancelling and he was very helpful.”

“Super bad customer service. Ordered their discounted starter box, good product but not for me. Tried to cancel but semi impossible and you have to call them which was also painful. Sent an email to cancel to them, guess what some more arrived charged at full price. I emailed them and had very little help there either. Girl named Annabel I think didn’t want to believe/admit I’d cancelled despite sending her a copy of the cancellation email. The company policy is we will charge you indefinitely unless you send us a signed in blood scroll, delivered by a golden eagle. Very Poor service Indeed.”
