“Beer was good, decent variety. Delivery service was good. However making me have to ring up to cancel my subscription in 2020 seems a little anti-consumer to me and makes me not want to ever think about re-subscribing in the future, as I don't want to have to go through that process again. If it wasn't for this, you would of gotten 5 stars. At least the customer service on the phone is excellent.”

“Good experience. Trialled an introductory offer and the beers were very nice indeed. Good selection and website is very accessible. I felt the overall price was a little expensive for a monthly subscription for 8x 330ml beers, but maybe in a post covid-19 world and less uncertainty I would be prepared to give it another go. Cancelling was easy, called the helpline and spoke with Douglas after a short hold time. Douglas was receptive and listened well. He was not pushy and whilst he did suggest a few options to retain me as a customer he did not put any barriers in the way to stop me leaving. Overall a good experience”

“Wasn't a huge fan of all the beers, so I cancelled after my first month. Douglas was excellent on the phone; really friendly, no heavy sales pitch, and cancellation was easy. Beer 52 isn't for me, but it seems to be a company with integrity who deliver what they promise and are good people.”
