“Very understanding of my circumstances and volunteered a great solution without specifically being asked for it. I got the impression that Douglas genuinely had my interests in mind and was not fobbing me off. I have never been disappointed in beer52's telephone customer service, but it has still improved noticeably in the past 18 months.”
