Order came on time, top tier beers and constant updates on delivery. The customer service system is all done over the phone, which makes life much easier but has a slight delay reaching someone. However, Angus is extremely helpful, provided fantastic service, was very friendly and chatty and gave some great information about my favourites. Very much appreciated!

I waited a little while to be connected, but Douglas was very helpful when I did get through. He confirmed the benefits I currently had and checked I was aware of them before I confirmed cancellation. Good service, the price is a little high to maintain the offer for me.

Swift professional response and new address update over phone for our new property. Only difficulty i found was checking my address details on the website so unable to confirm.

Cancelled my subscription due to a change of lifestyle, really enjoyed having the beers. Douglas was really helpful when I rang to cancel the subscription and offered options to enable me to keep the account open but receive delivery of next consignment several months further down the road. Excellent!!!

I phoned Beer52 as I wanted to cancel my subscription. It took a while to get through on the phone but when my call was answered I spoke to a guy called Douglas who was very professional, polite and helpful. There was no attempt to pressure me into keeping my subscription, Douglas simply let me know that I had some reward credits sat on my account and that I could use them agains a final case, if I wanted, which I declined and there was no issue with that.

I had a chat with Douglas as I wanted to cancel my subscription as not a huge beer drinker plus I had delivery problems with the glass bottles arriving broken and giving me a horrible job of separating the Shards of broken glass from the existing cans. He suggested pausing my subscription for a few months which suited me and organised that on my behalf

Douglas was very helpful in relation to me wanting to cancel my subscription. He has ensured that I can use my loyalty points to reduce the cost of my final case and I am aware of the process of cancelling after that.
