“Cancelled my subscription due to a change of lifestyle, really enjoyed having the beers for 5 months though. Douglas was really helpful when I rang to cancel the subscription and offered the available options without seeming pushy to make me stay.”

“Some very nice beers - particularly the pale ones. However on a monthly contract basis they are a bit pricey. Upon changing the contract Douglas was really helpful, offered various options and made the transition quick and easy. Excellent,understanding and friendly service - refreshingly good!! Thank you.”
