“Hold music seemed uncomfortably loud had to turn volume down, and then turn it up to hear Oo'r Dougie. Holding for an appreciable time, was on the phone for ten minutes in total. Otherwise straightforward, informative and polite; said what needed to said and not noticeably pushy. A pleasant enough experience, certainly better than most I have had with other companies customer service. Products are as described and reasonable value for money.”

“I phoned and spoke to Douglas. I had to cancel due to work issues but he was able to offer me an alternative which means I can stay and restart in the New Year really helpful and a good compromise. Many thanks”

“I got the introductory offer which was a really great price. The crate included a really interesting selection of beers. When I rang to cancel after this, there was no hassle and Douglas, who I spoke to was friendly and helpful.”
