“Great beer/wine selections and friendly customer service from Iannis, let down a bit by the long waiting times on the phone. The company should let you know how many callers are ahead in the queue so you can decide whether to stay waiting on the line. It was also be good to be able to pause the delivery service indefinitely and start it up whenever you like.”

“Great customer support and fixes delivery issues quickly, I spoke with Kirsty today who was great to chat to and resolved my queries quickly. Been with Beer52 since 2019 and enjoyed exploring the range of beers around the world. They give you benefits for loyal members which is very appreciated. Can't recommend a better place to get high quality beers.”

“Five stars for the assistance that I received from Iannis when I phoned to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately needed to cancel due to the delivery times being very erratic and it not giving you the option to choose a delivery date or time that would be suitable. Items are also delivered by Hermes, who are just terrible and have a tendency to leave deliveries outside your house or with whoever they want, without giving you the option to delay or divert the package. Tried both the light beer subscription and the wine subscription - the beers were really nice and very good variety, the wine unfortunately was not to my taste.”

“My order is running a little late so I rang up to check on it, Iannis was great on the phone. Reassured me that BEER52 has a few delays out of their control but should be with me by next week. We had a good chat and laugh, he gave me a discount on a further 2 boxes I am getting so I am a happy customer :) saving up the beer packages as Christmas presents for my partner as he enjoyed a box he got from you with your offer on. Thanks again!”

“Called up as my wine had been stolen after been delivered and within 20 seconds Kirsty had offered me a replacement and had an email to confirm. Friendly and Great customer skills”
