“I've been with beer52 for a couple of years and found their service excellent but due to drinking habits changing I decided to end my subscription and after a quick phone call to Joel my subscription was cancelled in a professional manner.”

“Good Experience with the company but albeit a short one, solely down to me. If you're a beer Fanatic then the Beer52 subscription box is a great product for you to have, but for me who only drinks on occasions ( got 3 beers left from 2 months back) then better off either having a look at their other plans they offer or just skipping the sub entirely They do also offer the ability to purchase single Beers if you come across that one you just fancy and want to get more of Upon Cancelling Joel gave me an explanation of everything that could've tempted me to stay but my mind was set but fairplay to Joel he did try.”

“I enjoyed trying the selection of beers every month or so. The novelty wore off after a couple of deliveries. I also wanted to drink less. Had it not been for being on hold for over 15 minutes to simply cancel my membership I may of been more inclined to take up the option of receiving beers every three months but I wasn’t in the mood by the time the phone was answered.”

“Avoid this company. Never received the box and cant get through to anyone on the phone only an automated message saying you can't cancel until after your first box has arrived which it never does. It's definitely a scam. Save yourself the bother even £5.95 isn't worth the hassle”

“Every time I contact their customer service I do it through the phone and their customer service is always on point. Last time I phoned in I spoke to Kirsty Cleary and she was very succinct, helpful, apologetic about the problem I was facing and offered a personal solution.”
