“The service was excellent, Joel Gutteridge was who helped me and he was really helpful and friendly. The wine was lovely! Still waiting for the beer due to delays, but Beer52 have kept me updated with the situation. I am sure I will order again in the future. Thank you!”

“The service is fantastic and I loved getting my monthly beer boxes. Unfortunately I couldn't continue due to a change in circumstances but would definitely consider joining again in future. The selection is fab and the little gifts like the glass and books etc are a nice touch. Even if I can't get the monthly boxes I might still buy some stuff now and again from the shop. The customer service team are super helpful and knowledge, Kirsty Cleary was especially helpful and friendly. Great job guys :)”

“Very happy with the quality of the beers that I had delivered. There were a few times though where beers were substituted and I wasn't always happy with what was sent. The final straw was when I was sent a bottle of coke instead of a 12th beer. I have cancelled my subscription with Beer52 since then, but the staff that I spoke to, including Mr Iannis Barron, have been so understanding and helpful that I dare say that I might end up coming back to Beer52 later.”

“As my girlfriend is pregnant, I have decided to give up alcohol until the baby arrives. I phoned up to cancel, but Joel suggested I just postpone until later, which was a much better idea. Thanks again.”

“We trialled a box of beer from around the world, and was very impressed with the service. It was easy to order, speedy delivery and a wide variety of beer which is not something that we would usually experience. We did phone customer services and spoke to Iannis and he was very helpful and supported us with a speedy resolution to a query we had. Overall, impressed and would recommend.”

“I spoke to a lovely friendly gent called Joel. I discussed my subscription and with his help it has been adapted for me for what I feel comfortable with both in terms of money and beer. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel inclusive . I also love the selection of the beer on offer and it's different every delivery. Great company highly recommended.”

“Fantastic !! If I could give more stars I would. Reliable and professional. Customer support, top notch. Spoke with a really nice chap called Joel Gutteridge( hope I've spelled his name correctly). “Had my first box delivered on Saturday, with 3 sumptuous wines, 2 delicious snacks, and a Glug magazine to boot! It was so easy to place an order, the delivery was on time, and when talking to Iannis on the phone to discuss my account, he was incredibly helpful. This is the perfect treat for your family and friends (or just for a Saturday night in!)--would highly recommend!”
