“Beers were excellent, nice little snack and interesting read in each delivery, which were always on time. I notice there are a number of recent comments on here regarding cancellation. I've been forced to do so for financial reasons, as I suspect many are at the moment, hence the waiting time on the phone is easily explained. I will hopefully return to this company when things settle down.”

“Beers are OK but they make it deliberately very hard to cancel. Very dishonest and sleazy. Had to wait 25 minutes in the telephone queue, whereas to sign up took 2 minutes online. Plenty of time to review them then...”

“Amazing customer service, great bunch of folk over at BEER52. Can't really fault the prices the delivery is fast and quality of the products is second to none! You get a artisan snack and the ferment magazine is a great read. I received an extra free gift as well this month which is a book all about the story of craft beer, a great read! It's a thumbs up from me!”

“I placed a one off order on 5th May and still waiting for beer or a refund now on 4th June. Customer service has been appalling, taking well over a week to get a reply and my request for a refund has been ignored. Careful your money is at risk!”

“Very good selection/ products, great intro offers and customer loyalty schemes. Very good customer service and very friendly to talk to when you phone but only 4 star because of the the little guilt tripping to try and make you stay when you need to cancel subscription. (online part, not on the phone) An all dark beer selection would be nice too. Delivery very good.”
