“Superb customer service and very prompt delivery. I had to give up real ales a couple of years ago due to something causing me an upset stomach. Calum was very knowledgeable and suggested that I try less hoppy beers and also gluten free beers to see if this helps. I'll be placing an order for some gluten free beers with these guys purely based on my chat with Calum.”

“We had an issue with our order being delivered to the wrong address by Hermes (not Beer 52's fault) and Io from the customer service team was a great help and arranged a replacement delivery for us very quickly.”

“Mostly very good quality beer, delivered on time and they have been very quick to rectify any problems. Customer service can take a while to get through on the phones, but when you do they are very polite and helpful.”

“Ordered my beer and after a week it still hadn't arrived. An email told me to check my delivery reference number (that I hadn't received). Now trying to cancel my membership and constantly kept on hold. They are a nightmare to contact and a shambles to sort out your order, I have ordered things from abroad that have turned up quicker. They don't answer the phone so I have had to resort to leaving a bad review to give them a kick in the bum.”

“Beer52 whare do I start? Hmmm. Good beers, easy to use, great support. I have just started a subscription and apart from a few missing beers from the last selection replaced by good beers from elsewhere I might add. Customer service is second to none even at a stressful time we are in at present.”

“Avoid at all costs. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my beer. Lots of false promises from their team and no beer. I’d love to add a photo but I’ve got sod all.”

“Lovely beers great idea and good flexibility in the subscriptions. You can reduce down to one box every 3 months and also pause for a month at a time. Also recently had a good experience with their customer service team all sorted with minimal hassle.”

“Beers were alright although a bit expensive. Canceling is a nightmare, need to call only to be stuck on hold with a very unenthusiastic man advertising various beer types. No other ways to cancel sub so be careful”

“Very interesting array of craft beers and at a good price! I loved discovering some new beer brands that I have never heard of and I was actually very pleasantly surprised, especially the stouts were delicious! I liked them so much that I am now actually slowly considering joining the membership. Also, big thumbs up to the service team since they helped me with my delivery when it got lost by the delivery service and offered a replacement, which got delivered promptly. Very friendly and kind, so many thanks for sorting it out so quickly for me! Now I can relax and enjoy tasting the beers!”
