“While I have no problem with the service itself, and their introductory offers are very generous, they make it difficult to cancel your subscription and have various subtle means of making you feel bad about cancelling. I suspect this is deliberate, and it's quite cynical.”

“Great service, great beers and reasonable prices. During the pandemic, although some deliveries were delayed, the company were in touch to reassure and update me constantly so could not argue with that, great customer service. Shout out to Phil and the rest of the customer service team 👏👍”

“Superb customer service and very prompt delivery. I had to give up real ales a couple of years ago due to something causing me an upset stomach. Calum was very knowledgeable and suggested that I try less hoppy beers and also gluten free beers to see if this helps. I'll be placing an order for some gluten free beers with these guys purely based on my chat with Calum.”

“We had an issue with our order being delivered to the wrong address by Hermes (not Beer 52's fault) and Io from the customer service team was a great help and arranged a replacement delivery for us very quickly.”
