“I signed up for the free crate of beers which was a wonderful deal, and they were all very nice. Unfortunately I had to cancel for financial reasons but Douglas was very helpful and made the process very smooth”

“Great beers, great staff, great company. Unfortunately had to cancel my subscription for personal reasons but Douglas was very friendly and very accommodating. Have already recommended to family and friends to try for themselves!”

“Douglas' handling of my cancellation request was first class. Call was quick but unhurried, I was made aware of my options and offers in a natural manner without pressure. Professional, friendly, unscripted. I ended that call feeling it's a company I'd gladly go back to in future.”

“I signed up because of the Untappd promotion - a case of beer for only the cost of postage. I chose not to stay because I’m still a novice in the beer world and can’t justify a subscription - yet! Cancelling was straightforward and Douglas Munro seems a genuine person, not pestering or making the unsubsciption process too laborious.”
