“Douglas should be renamed Douglad. Never had a less passive aggressive customer service chat. Positively beaming at how easy he made it to cancel after a long happy subscription to beer52, and still offered me a great deal with my credit's I'd built up. Sadly refused but no regrets . Best wishes to Douglas and beer52”

“I spoke with a friendly representive named Douglas, today. He supported me through a difficult decision with regards to my financial situation, he talked me through a number of options available to me and we came to a conclusion that worked best for me. Couldn't have asked for better customer support at a time needed most! Thank you Douglas!!”

“I signed up to through the friend referral scheme but decided it wasn't for me. Douglas made it very easy to cancel - no pressure at all. He also offered a good explanation as to why the subscription didn't suit me which will definitely be food for thought in the future should I have the funds to sign up again.”

“The beer was great and communications from the team on delivery and price etc were also fab. I ordered as a lockdown treat but now have to save up for a new roof so have cancelled. I spoke to Douglas to cancel and he was great, made me laugh and offered a really good deal which I almost accepted (but then I remembered the roof!).”

“I was referred by a friend to Beer52 and I took advantage of the free case offer. I have enjoyed the beers and the variety. Unfortunately I just don't drink enough to justify the monthly subscription. Douglas was very helpful on the phone when I cancelled - there was no over the top pressure to stay, but he did offer some potential alternatives to full membership (every other month, pausing membership, etc) which I could be tempted to do in the future.”
