“DOUGLAS MUNRO - hero among men. Easy to cancel service, though they make you call up. Also, you don't get reminders before a pack is due to be delivered. I kept meaning to cancel but forgot, only to find a delivery of beer on my front door step to remind me. My fault. I'm sure that's all part of the business plan anyway. Anyway, good company to deal with, all-in-all.”

“Douglas was pleasant and helpful on the phone. Offered enough of a deal to keep me signed up. :-) The range of beers is good and interesting. Well packaged with a welcome snack!”

“Got a free trial and appreciated the selection of beers and reading material provided. Chose to cancel the subscription for financial reasons, and was able to do this very quickly after speaking to Douglas on the phone. It might be nice to have an option to cancel subscriptions on the website, but other than that I've got no complaints.”

“Fantastic beers that opened my mind to more than just the usual stuff and excellent customer service where I felt welcomed and valued (Angus was really friendly and made everything very clear), the only thing that goes against it is the price - it isn't for cheapskates like me. I'll hopefully be back in the future...”
