“Spoke with Douglas on the phone - initially to cancel my order but he made me aware of an offer that did not previously exist, which I took up. Douglas was extremely calm and friendly. He had a very gentle manner and his sales technique was not pushy. Keep doing why you’re doing Douglas.”

“One of the reasons that I still remain a valued customer to you guys, apart from the great beers, is your customer service!! This was enhanced further, after dealing with Douglas, a few days ago, with an issue that was concerning me, regarding my subscription and the frequency and price of it!! Happy.. very happy to say, thanks to Douglas and his kind, compassionate and above all, friendly manner....NO MORE ISSUE!!! I can continue to look forward and enjoy the wonderful beers, snacks and magazine. “Really helpful, got in on a promotion and went to cancel and was told I had £10 credit on my account! Douglas was very nice and not pushy. To cancel you had to phone on, but I was only on hold for a few minutes before Douglas was available. Very friendly!”
