“The beers was absolutely brilliant. As was the customer care. I highly recommend this company for such great customer care. But also the best tasting beers I've had in a long time. Douglas was understanding on thr phone and I will be re joining as soon as my misses let's me.”

“Douglas at Beer52 couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding during our conversation today. He confidently answered any questions I had and when wanted to cancel my subscription, there was no hard sell for me to stay, just a walkthrough of all the options available to me should I want any of them. Would highly recommend.”

“Douglas was very friendly and dealt with my issue quickly and extremely politely. He did not create any pressure to make choices and was very efficient indeed at dealing with me. As I was cancelling my subscription I had expected some hassle but this was all very calm and civilized. I was offered a could of options but having declined these Douglas was respectful and professional. Thanks!”

“My call was answered within a few minutes by Douglas who listened to my issue ( I don't like porters or stout) and changed my future deliveries to lighter beers and e mailed me confirmation within seconds. Only other comment was I had e mailed previously with no response so my advice is to get on the phone. Good people and it's a great service !”

“The gent I spoke to was not only friendly and professional but understanding of my circumstances and flexed to my needs. Brilliant customer service. This gent deserves a pay rise and unlimited - at desk massages. I hope his manager sees this and honourably swaps roles with him.”
