Nice selection of email and Speaking to Angus he was very polite and helpful given these odd times we are working with. I had to cancel mine as my circumstance changed but their service will make me serioulsy consider coming back...

Very friendly service, my first box was damaged but they sent a replacement and offered me a half price box for my second box as an apology. Both advisors I spoke to (Ben and Angus) were very friendly and professional. Thank you.

Beer 52 has been fantastic. I ordered an introductory box which did not arrive. I emailed them and got a really helpful email from Keiran omfrom the customer services team explaining what had happened and let me know a replacement box had been dispatched which arrived promptly The beers have been lovely and I look forward to my next box

Angus was very polite and friendly. The choice of courier and fact that online cancellation aren't his fault, and he's very good at working within the limitations he's faced with.

The hold music is horrendous, but I only had to listen to it for 20mins before I got Angus on the phone, and he was super lush and helpful x

Lovely service and some great beer selections to go with it. Angus was very friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with, however I would echo that it’s a little challenging to cancel. If you hang on for 15 minutes on hold you shouldn’t have a problem but a little frustrating that there isn’t an online cancellation option. All in all however a good product

Set up was easy and first delivery of beer was good. Cancellation was a bit challanging, three attempts to get through to an actual queue and then about a 10 minute wait to speak to someone. However once i got through the person was very helpful, chirpy abd a pleasure to deal with. They did offer a discount to continue (50% off next month) but i declined anyway as i can now get local beer delivered cheaply. Overall goid people, maybe not just enough of them.

They make it imposible to cancel. You have to ring a number noone appears to be picking up. Unethical and pathetic, a complete con!

Great little company with a good selection of craft beers. The customer services advisors are helpful and polite and sort out issues within minutes. The only downside was delivery - I had an email to say the delivery was out but did not receive it until a few days later but I suspect this is more to do with the delivery company than Beer52.

Disgusting trash company. Make it an absolute chore if not outright impossible to cancel your subscription. You can subscribe and give them money in about 30 seconds online but it is taking 3 months and counting of calling to constant wait queues to cancel. Emailed several times - no response whatsoever. No indication when or what date they will take the money from you account, it can vary but it is almost always 1-4 days BEFORE the due date for payment. If you suspend your account for a few months due to something like.... a global pandemic - they will reinstate your orders without so much as a courtesy email. Vile, greedy business practice. Beers are fine but if they don't come in a beat up old dirty box - they're not worth associating yourself with these vultures anyway.

Honestly I can’t give this company a bad enough review. I tried SEVERAL times to cancel my subscription, over the phone (couldn’t get through), via email, via Instagram DM and through Facebook messenger and no one got back to me. Payment for the subscription was due to go out on 9th and they took it out on 7th instead. The payment has now gone out. After publicly shaming them across social media for their awful customer service, they finally got back to me and said the only way I can get a refund is if I send the beers back and pay for postage myself. They except me to stand in a queue in the post office for half an hour, with two children, to send back their disgusting beers. Avoid this company like the plague

Good product, but I too, agree with all the messages here about the issues with cancellation. You cannot cancel online so I telephoned this afternoon as I don't want to pay for a monthly subscription. I was on hold for 10 minutes, and politely explained on the phone that I was disappointed that the cancellation wasn't easy. Once the subscription was cancelled the guy put the phone down on me. I never EVER leave bad reviews, but due to the bad customer experience here I would highly recommend that its not worth the hassle. : /

WARNING DO NOT SIGN UP, Terrible customer service, They make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription, they answer Twitter messages, (surprise) but then don’t answer calls or emails hoping you hang up and go away. Greed will kill this company

Signed up to a free trial only having to pay P&P. Now see that I’m getting a standing order, which I did NOT sign up to. Shocking way to conduct business. Absolute scam
