“Beer52 made us very happy. We gave it a go as a birthday gift, and went for the second box as a treat as well. It is really nicely curated and quirky. Customer services is efficient and very friendly. I communicated with Angus both via phone and email. You can genuinely feel that they are a small company working with passion. It is all so very personal. I strongly recommend Beer52 and Angus himself.”

“Extremely poor value for money and having to phone in to cancel a subscription feels like a cheap trick. Hermes delivery is appalling in the best of times so that's another minus there. Alright support from Beer52 despite the Covid lockdown so gain an extra stare.e”

“My order went missing (hermes) - who have been appalling in my area. Due to the busy circumstances I had to wait some time for a reply and decided to call as it had been over a week. When I got through after 30 mins of waiting which lets face it isn't bad when I'm working from home anyway. Angus Doig took my call and was the politest and most understanding person, he agreed to replace my order and because the beers were now out of stock gave me replacements and suggestions. He seemed very clued up on his beer and gave me some excellent choices. He also agreed to send via Royal Mail to prevent the local hermes parcel thief striking again. It's quite ridiculous a small company is getting blasted by customers given most of the issues lie with the courier. Angus couldn't do enough and I will definitely return as a customer. Hopefully someone can pass this to management as excellent customer service is quite hard to come by. Cheers again!”

“Happy with speed of delivery, the 1st box I recieved was nothing special prob 5 out of the 8 beers I can get at my local supermarkets, still obviously a bargain with me not paying full price. called up to cancel and angus offered me a good deal on 2nd box and assured me it would be a better box. So overall a good experience”
