“Moved address and had an issue wit the delivery of my beer package. Rung up the customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Arranged a re delivery of the box straight away and also refunded me for the payment of my subscription which I cancelled. Excellent customer service and done in a lovely manor. Very pleased”

“You have to call to cancel, which is when they offer you all sorts of much better value deals. I don't love IPAs - maybe include some pilsners / light beer alternatives?”

“Ordered with a sign-up order, beer was delivered very quickly and was very tasty. However, £24 for 8 bottles in future is too pricey for me so went to cancel but can only do it by phone. Took me 20minutes to get through on the phone. The service on the phone was very good though and I received a good price for more beer to avoid cancellation - worth it now.”

“The service is great in every way, but the lack of any online cancellation makes you constantly mindful of cancelling! Should you want to stop and resume for any length of time over a month this is just impossible. If they could make an online cancellation it would be 5*. It's simply unnecessary to force the customer to call you, and a pitiful attempt to force people to stay.”

“They've turned off the phone lines so how are you supposed to cancel? I've been trying for a whole week now and nothing. This is illegal and I'm planning to report it to trading standards as intentionally creating a system where cancelling the subscription is near enough impossible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Beer52 made us very happy. We gave it a go as a birthday gift, and went for the second box as a treat as well. It is really nicely curated and quirky. Customer services is efficient and very friendly. I communicated with Angus both via phone and email. You can genuinely feel that they are a small company working with passion. It is all so very personal. I strongly recommend Beer52 and Angus himself.”

“Extremely poor value for money and having to phone in to cancel a subscription feels like a cheap trick. Hermes delivery is appalling in the best of times so that's another minus there. Alright support from Beer52 despite the Covid lockdown so gain an extra stare.e”
