Beer52 was quite busy when I called and it did take approximately 10 minutes to get through to the customer service team. However, once I got through Angus was very friendly and made the cancellation process simple. I was offered a half-price case but there was no pressure. I have enjoyed the beers and I will definitely be resubscribing to beer52 after my wedding :)

It took me a while to get through to the customer service team but once I did, Angus who I spoke to was an absolute delight he really brightened my day. I was ringing to cancel my subscription but he actually persuaded me to stay! I’d certainly recommend them as a company, the beers are great & so is their overall attitude/vibe which is definitely reflected in their staff. It’s nice to talk to someone in a customer service roll who was as happy to help as Angus was!

Always takes a bit of time to get through to customer service but once through always find they are very helpful and will do everything possible to keep you as a customer. The beers on offer are very different from your usual run-if-the-mill offerings and would recommend you give them a try as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

Lines were really busy so i was a bit frustrated - but Angus was incredibly helpful, he solved my problem very quickly and was a nice chap as well!

Lines are obviously busy so it takes a while to get through. However, after getting through Angus is friendly and deals with your queries quickly and is very helpful.

Customer service is sterling, the £5 box was obviously loved the most, my next box is on the way now - 10 beers, mag & snack for £16. I wouldn't really be happy paying any more really but I'm only a n00b. Free delivery 👌 never had to deal with the returns & refund element!

Great beers and prompt delivery! The big issue I do have with this subscription service is the fact that you have to call the helpline to cancel the subscription as there is no option to cancel it online. I spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to answer which I think is really unacceptable in this day and age. But overall, great beers and I wish this business all the best!

Signed up for the Cyberfest 2020 based on a friends recommendation. Deliver was a Working week ahead of time (though delivery driver failed to deliver the second box until the next day,l). Beer selection was good, customer service was within the stated response time when contacted.

Ordered a CyberFest case for Saturday 18th April Order was marked as dispatched on Monday 13th (Bank Holiday) but was only received by the delivery company on Friday 17th April at mid day. The order was finally delivered on Tuesday 21st April 3 days after the LIVE event. Usually I wouldn’t care, however a group of ~20 mates decided to all get the Saturday session and do it together remotely via video call as an event. Of the group 4 peoples cases did not arrive in time which meant we could not participate in the live tastings with our friends. What I find particularly deplorable is that my friends that complained were issued an apology and a full refund for the delivery charge as it did not arrive in time. The support respondent who finally got back to me 4 days after my initial email decided a better approach would be to lie to me and say the order was “dispatched in good time” and that it was delivered on the 21st April and I could still watch the event online. To be honest from the feedback I heard, I won’t bother. I’m not entirely sure how an order reaching the courier on a Friday with a 48 hour tracking service requiring delivery on Saturday is considered “good” timing, especially knowing that this is an extremely busy time for the delivery networks. I understand this is a busy and stressful time and that Beer52 is a small team under a lot of pressure, but I don’t think it’s too much to ask to expect to be treated equally as customers. I find it appalling that delivery charges are being refunded to some customers and not others who have all experienced the same issue.
