Great beer and great responsive customer service. Issues with delivery due to currier damage of product was efficiently dealt with by the friendly and profession Beer52 team. Great company, great product would recommend!

The beers are fantastic, it’s just a little too pricey for me as it works out at around £3 per 330ml can or bottle (or over a fiver a pint!) Angus in customer services was great and I’d like to return if price comes down or I get richer! Cheers guys and good luck.

Great Beers, friendly staff.. Were happy to cancel my subscription as I am embracing sobriety for a little while.. I'm sure to be back though!

After a good wait for the phone to be answered. I had prompt and efficient service to cancel my membership. I was offered extra discount and beers for my next order.

Angus was super helpful when I wanted to leave Beer52. I've recently been furloughed and cash is at a premium. He gave me a discount on an upgraded box and it's safe to say I'm buzzing for my next box of liquid gold, cheers!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription yesterday for financial reasons owing to the current pandemic. However I can say nothing bad about Beer 52. The beer is specially sourced, 'bespoke' and care has obviously been taken during the selection process to pick the best quality beers. Also their customer service is excellent. I spoke to Angus yesterday and he was warm, friendly and helpful. After I explained my current situation, he very quickly cancelled my membership with no fuss or questions asked and didn't try to persuade me to stay with discounts or offers, which I appreciated. However I will more than likely resume membership in the future when things get back to some semblance of normalcy.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Had to cancel due to lack of funds but they were very understanding and helpful. Very nice beers, great delivery, just a luxury I can no longer stretch to.

Beer52 was quite busy when I called and it did take approximately 10 minutes to get through to the customer service team. However, once I got through Angus was very friendly and made the cancellation process simple. I was offered a half-price case but there was no pressure. I have enjoyed the beers and I will definitely be resubscribing to beer52 after my wedding :)

It took me a while to get through to the customer service team but once I did, Angus who I spoke to was an absolute delight he really brightened my day. I was ringing to cancel my subscription but he actually persuaded me to stay! I’d certainly recommend them as a company, the beers are great & so is their overall attitude/vibe which is definitely reflected in their staff. It’s nice to talk to someone in a customer service roll who was as happy to help as Angus was!

Always takes a bit of time to get through to customer service but once through always find they are very helpful and will do everything possible to keep you as a customer. The beers on offer are very different from your usual run-if-the-mill offerings and would recommend you give them a try as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed
