“I spoke to Angus on the phone and he was absolutely helpful and kind. Brilliant customer service. I feel sad I cancelled my subscription just because he was such a dear, but the beer was too good for my low standards. I'll drink puddle water with a hop in it. But would recommend Beer52 to anyone who knows about beer. And recommend Angus if you want to have a chat with an absolute dude.”

“I have just dealt with Beer52 for a cyber beer festival they had organised. This event had the foundations to be absolutely superb, however it couldn’t have went much worse. The customer service I received has been nothing short of atrocious. My beer for the festival was not posted until 15th April despite previous claims all orders would be posted on or before 13th April. Upon contacting Beer52 on three separate platforms including, email, Facebook messenger and Instagram messenger. I got no response on any platform from anyone in Beer52. The first response I received was after the event and the response was very unsympathetic. They did not assure me that I was dealing with a company that values their customers. I will not order from this company again & would recommend other to avoid at all costs.”

“Beers were lovely, arrived 2 days after dispatch and had great variety. Due to personal circumstances I could not continue but Angus from customer service was polite and understanding, I hope to be able to continue this when I am able.”
