This is the second laptop that I purchased that I need to take back within two months. 2 months after purchase it now says I have no drives or adapters. I waited over a week to get a call that never came and now I am being told I can’t return it. So I am out of the money and my business is suffering. Do not purchase from them. They do not care about their customers!

Went to Best Buy in Savannah, GA to have a tablet serviced. Was told I needed an appointment, when attempting to schedule I was told the next available appointment to DROP OFF (not have any service done, not have anyone look at it, just drop it off) was 14 days from today (07/21 appointment). When I asked why I could not just drop it off today and then have them get to it on the 23rd I was told that the Corporate office does not let them touch the service items for 2 days once dropped off. Now I am not that smart, but if an item is dropped off on 07/07 and they dont look at it till 07/23 that seems like more than a 2 day quarantine. When I pointed this out to both the employee who was scheduling my DROP OFF and the assistant manager they both said this was corporate policy and covid was the cause. I am so tired of hearing Covid caused this and that it when the issue has nothing to due with the pandemic. A 2 week waiting time to DROP OFF a product for service is absolutely stupid, I understand the service can take some time, but a 2 week wait to DROP IT OFF absolutely STUPID.

I purchased an Iphone 11pro in February in Lady Lake, FL. After 4 visits to your store and speaking with multiple sales people helping me decide between Android and Apple, I decided to switch to Apple. A promotion was offered and discussed with 4 sales people that if I opened an account with BestBuy, I would receive gift cards amounting to $150. I never received, and then the Corona Virus hit so I could not visit store. I called CS on several occasions, but never was able to speak to a live person. My summer home is in Dickson City store to ask for assistance and to tell you the truth, they expressed zero interest in helping me and advised me to call Lady Lake Store. I called Lady Lake and was put on hold for over an hour. My situation was never resolved. I really wish I would put on my Bank of America card, at least I would have received their cash rewards. Your Dickson City customer service people really need training to obtain customer service skills that reflect your store reputation. Sadly, I will buy from Amazon. You have lost a customer for all future purchases. I am one of a billion, but we add up to customers who walked away upset and will shop by other means, which in the long run, takes a tole on your business.wanda

Called customer service at4:30. Left call back# and it is now 8:04. Ain’t that some sh!!. What is the point of customer service # when you never get an answer or a call back. Never got a call back

Took my money out of my bank account. And because of there mess Up I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my $200. Was at the store on Ellison in Albuquerque. Didn’t have what I needed there. Employee there look at the one on hotel circle. They had one there. So he told me if I pay for it there I can go pick it up at that Best Buy. So that’s what I did. They took my money headed over there. Get there and they didn’t have one. I hand the guy my recipe told him I want my money back. He said it would be put back on my debt card. I told him No I want cash back. Because I new they would say it’ll take 3 to 5 days for them to put my money back witch is bull. Any ways he didn’t he put it back on my debit card. Pice of sh!!!!!! They take your money in seconds but they expect you to wait almost a week. Will never buy anything from there ever again.

Trying to buy something from them is a major hassle. Their IT Dept. needs replacement. The links loop, always back to "buy something," never to an answer. Their "help" function is categorized so none fit a simple question, "order status." More loops. The Reno Best Buy store couldn't process my credit card or debit card, and insisted it was my fault until Best Buy.com processed it with no trouble. Then she didn't bother to apologize when I gave her the info, just to be helpful. All this, and the web page gave me a delivery date of July 23. Then an email, "please schedule an appointment." Then they demanded a reschedule to July 30. By now, I'm thinking that if the refrigerator ever arrives, the hassle will only be starting.

I purchased an Acer Nitro 5 laptop. When I received the product I charged it. When I tried to turn it on, it failed, no activity. Made contact with Bestbuy they had me return it. Month later replacement came, used it for about a month and then it no longer powered. Contacted Acer, followed their instructions to no avail. The only satisfaction Bestbuy offers is to send the computer back to Acer. This is my only choice, not the one I would prefer. My future choice is not to use Bestbuy or recommend them to anyone.

The company closed my credit card without warning and damaged my credit score without notifying. Alls I got was smartassed employees when I called. I would stay far away from ever using them for credit ever again. I take pride in my score and am livid about the situation

Ordered TV paid for same day delivery. Got email next day saying it was delayed and would be us to 5 days. Called to cancel was told cannot cancel as it was in transit. Oh, and waited 42 minutes to talk to customer service to be told this. Could have AND SHOULD HAVE used Amazon. I'd have had it next day guaranteed. BB is horrible. Never again......

I placed an order with Best Buy and paid extra for next day delivery. Needed the item quickly as it was for someone else. Item did not arrive on promised date. Called and got a refund started and then ordered another of the same item and went to the store causing extra time, miles on vehicle, and money. Then 72 hours after Best Buy staff claimed they shipped the item, I received an email from UPS stating they had an item from Best Buy and it was being delivered the next day. How does 24 hour service turn into 96 hour service? After the package was received, Best Buy then wanted to charge me restocking fees for their inadequate service! Had to file a second claim because of their ignorance. AVOID BEST BUY SHIPPING TO HOME! Not happy at all with Best Buy staff at this point! Too much waste of time and money on my part that I will never be refunded for! I had communication with Best Buy staff via live chat and phone. It took many days to actually hear any real news on a refund and refund is still pending at time of this post. Claims refund will be issued within 15 business days.

BB charged my BB credit card with an unauthorized charge. To dispute the charge is amazingly complex in this day and age. I'm so used to dealing with companies like Chewy and Amazon that give a s__t. BB prorated the charge but kept 20% of the charge on my bill. For what??!! No product to show for it, no authorization, and despite disputing the charge, they keep charging monthly fees that add up to more than the charge! They won;t close the BB credit card account even tough I requested that they do so. TERRIBLE! I don;t even have a product to complain about because they only thing that I got from BB was an unauthorized charge that is destroying my credit. Can't these people be held accountable??!!

I am a premier Best Buy customer. I dropped by a Miami store yesterday to purchase an iPhone accessory and was stunned to see two customers permitted to walk around without face masks in the middle of the Covid epidemic. In one case, a customer -- his mask hanging from his neck -- stood by a Best Buy employee to discuss a purchase. The employee was in danger but made no effort to protect himself or nearby shoppers.

Ordered a printer on 6/26 date promised was 6/29th. Received an email saying order shipped 6/28 and would be arriving 6/29. This afternoon (6/29) checked to see when it would be here and said sorry order has been delayed will not receive until 6/30. Looked at UPS tracking and see that it did not even ship out until 3:47 pm 6/29. Three days after I placed order. My printer quit and I desperately needed a new one. Best Buy has absolutely nothing in stock at stores unless you want to pay the highest prices I took Best Buys promise that I would receive product on 6/29. Now I will have to wait until 6/30 late in the day so another day without a printer. Unacceptable customer service and will find another company to purchse from in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed with Best Buy; I bought a IPad for my daughters birthday and had it sent over night for Saturday. Nothing ever showed. I contacted Best Buy twice who told me both times my order would be there. Sunday comes and nothing. I called again and Best Buy said I could be refunded. So I agreed and decided to go purchase another one at the store. I get there and they are sold out, which is fine but they tried to push a “open box” for the SAME exact price I got the new one on sale. They would not honor my sale price if I bought another one while waiting on my refund from the iPad they claimed they lost over night. I sat over an hour while management confirmed “my story” as they put it and I was In fact correct. The actual associates at the store were nice and tried, but they had me deal with headquarters who first, you could barely understand and the manager was extremely rude to me over the phone. The associates at Best Buy were NOT happy with the outcome but could not override corporate. I won’t shop at Best Buy anymore, in August we were going to buy a MAC (Apple) from Best Buy. Unfortunately we will take our business elsewhere because I shouldn't of been treated like I was a criminal trying to pull one over on them, when they verified all my information. I had everything they needed documented and the FedEx carrier confirmed this information plus the Illinois distribution center confirmed it too. Suggestion: treat your customers with respect and not like everyone is out to steal or get something for nothing. If you would of just been honest and said it was a miscommunication between you and the distribution center, I would not be writing this review.

Recently purchased Edson printer at Covington,La. Best Buy. Purchased new ink cartridges for it and was unable to replace, no directions were packaged with it. I went back to store, waited to speak to Geek squad. The geeks couldn’t figure it out, I was told to make an appointment and come back. Then spoke to a store manager who informed me to contact Epson. Wouldn’t think changing ink cartridge would take half day of your time & this much aggravation. Looking forward to never doing business with Best Buy again, I’d rather pay more an deal with professionals. Disgusted in Covington.

Let me start by saying I am not one to write reviews but I have never had such a bad experience with a company's customer service. I ordered a new tv from best buy on June 8, 2020 and scheduled the delivery for June 13 between 12 and 6 pm. My wife took off work to be there since it needs a signature to be delivered and after waiting around all day, nobody showed up to deliver the tv with no calls or emails saying they wouldn't make it. I log on to my account to see if that can tell me where it is and it says it was delivered even though it never arrived at my house. I called customer service right away to try and get it resolved asap and waited over 2 hours to ever talk to anyone. She told me that she submitted it for review to look into what happened to it and I would hear back in 24 - 48 hours. I wait over 48 hours with no calls so I called them back and waited another hour on hold to talk to someone. They told me that it was dispatched and still waiting to hear back from the delivery company but could not get into contact with the company. I called back every day to try and get it figured out but they tell me the same thing every time. To wait 24 hours, but I never hear back. Best Buy needs to find a better delivery company to use and hire people that know what they're doing. Nobody can actually help you there and every one of them just transfers you to someone else that is clueless and of course you have to hold for a long time and reexplain everything every time. It has been two weeks now and I still don't have my Sony 65" tv but they were quick to take my $1060. I advise anyone thinking of ordering anything through Best Buy to shop elsewhere because if there is any kind of issue with it they will not be able to help you and will make you jump through hoops to get a resolution.

Deserve 0 stars.... we went to best buy on Saturday and Sunday gave our refrigerator measurements and was assured 5he refrigerator would fit. We wait 5 days for delivery. They came inside measured and said it wouldn't fit. I said how the guy at the store said it would fit. The delivery guy said I deliver them all the time ot won't fit. Our options were accept it and if it doesn't fit we are stick with the refrigerator or refuse and get a refund. We refused the item. Then I had to call a number wait over 20 minutes for a representative to be told the refund would come in a check. I go to explain I didnt pay in a check form and she hangs up on me. I then call Best Buy corporate office to speak to Corie Barry CEO and I get transferred named Nick. He was far from helpful and explained the 1200 I paid will come in a form of a check and what we paid in Debit would get back as debit. I explained I didnt pay in check and they didnt have to wait 15 days for my money. He tells me that i need to take responsibility because I should of went on Best But website to read the refund policy before making our purchase. I said excuse me how about your employee selling the appliance say if something was to happen and the purchase is refunded anything over $800. Has to be issued in a form of a check. I will be contacting the business business bureau.

In March I was supposed to receive a 50 inch. HDTV from Best Buy through Elite Biz Rewards. Through my purchase from Art Van, I received a voucher code: 64HE5730667. This code was sent from Elite Rewards and they told me that I would receive an email from Best Buy when the T.V. would be shipped. However, I NEVER received that email and the T.V. was never shipped. I am livid by the customer service of Best Buy as no customer associate was able to help me on the help line and I was redirected to different departments FOR OVER TWO HOURS. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer, and even purchased three phones from you, but if this is how you treat your customers, then I will be sure to give my business elsewhere. I will be leaving negative reviews on multiple forums until someone can give me answers and provide proper customer support.
