Best Buy has the worst customer service ever they used to be the place to go but dealing with them over the last month has been horrendous. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a Geek Squad appointment in the store for a laptop that has been giving me trouble for the last 3 months. I was stuck in traffic and I was going to be 8 minutes late for my appointment I started calling them while I was on the highway to inform them that I was going to be late but to ask if i could please be seen because I was driving 30 miles to get to that appointment. I was on the phone for 20 minutes before I finally got through to someone and I was told that they only have a 10 minute window so that if I was going to be a 10 minutes or more I would not be able to be seen however by that time I was almost at the store my appointment was at 10 twenny I got to the store at 10:29 by a time I was seen it was 1030 and I was told that I would not be seen because that 1040 person was there are already. There was no way that they would be able to get done with me in time.Not even doctors offices do this. I can't believe I drove 30 miles to get there try to get them on the phone for 20 minutes only the get there to be told I'm sorry I to make another appointment.I asked to see the supervisor or manager and I was told that they were tied up. Absolutely ridiculous I was even told if I had a problem I can call customer service I mean it just got worse every second of the way. Well I called customer service to file a complaint wait another 15 minutes to finally speak with someone and then I was told I need to go on line to the specific store and e-mail the manager who did not have time to see me !

I am a rewards member and have earned $290 dollars to be used toward a purchase. Today I went to buy a Ipad pro with the keyboard and pencil. I was told originally if I paid for the products I would be able to pick them up next Saturday 9/8/2020. I agreed, during the check out, I was told the time was going to be 9/10/2020, I agreed, not thrilled to pay 1400 dollars for an Ipad and have to wait. The sales clerk rang up the purchase and applied the rewards to my purchase, the money came out of my account, but was not applied to the purchase. Several managers got involved and no one could determine what happened. I expected Best Buy to take a little responsibility, continue with the purchase. I was told that I could pay the entire amount and they would try to get it resolved. It could take 4-5 days or longer no one would give me an exact time. I asked to speak to the store manager who I was informed was on vacation, I asked for the District managers name and contact information, they refused. After an hour I left very frustrated, I was informed I would not be getting the Ipad unless I paid the entire amount, I could not have a phone number to complain and I may or may not get the rewards money back that the employee screwed up and lost it. Best buy does not care about customer, I spent over 3000 this month as a customer, I really don't think I will be back. I was excited to get the newest Ipad, I left 290 dollars in the hole and was pretty much told to pound sand. If I were AMAZON I would be doing back flips, This is the reason people are shopping on line. I'm done, I will follow up if and when I get my money back.

Best Buy in Oconee County, Georgia needs to leave! A couple went into the store without wearing a mask and the store personnel got on their radios and told the other employees not to wait on them. I decided I would file a complaint to let them know I was not happy on the way they treated the couple. My first call went to India and then I was transferred to Mexico City. Needless to say their English was a joke and the man in Mexico City had difficulty finding the correct store. When I asked if I would be notified of any action taken I was informed I would not. It was very evident nothing was going to be done. I have done business with Best Buy as recently as 5 months ago and numerous times before then. I will not do business with them again. Bought an Asus computer from Best Buy. When I got it, it was unbelievably slow to boot up. Not being a computer expert, I thought it was just the brand. From day one, things got worse and worse with this computer. Got no satisfaction from Best Buy or Asus when I complained. It kept crashing and coming back up.It finally crashed for good. I sent it off for repairs and I now suspect something was wrong to begin with. In my opinion, this computer was either a lemon that no one would stand behind or a return that got put back into stock. Will never buy another computer, or anything, from Best Buy.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Bought a decently priced headset it lasted 5 months to the day I ordered it. I couldn't even leave a bad product review because I didn't buy it through an account despite having full receipts and everything, so all of their reviews are 100% biased from people who like and regularly shop best buy. Their return policy is bunk I can't imagine if I'd got something of higher value and it busted like that. I also went to them for laptop data recovery and that was USELESS TOO

bestbuy is a thief and a scamer never purchase anything from online. Don't trust there products nor the quality of customer service. I purchased a phone case that was on sale on multiple websites I decided to buy from best buy, after 7 days they email me saying there out of stock. These corporations run schemes to make us waste our money, and don't provide honest service.

I waited at home for 2 days for a delivery that was repeatedly promised to me. No one showed either day even after multiple e mails promising a delivery

First Best Buy will not answer their phone with customer concerns. 7 days I have been waiting for a return phone call from Corporate, NOTHING YET. Damaged Samsung Refrigerator and a terrible experience getting it exchanged, remember they won’t answer the phone. It was replaced with a whirlpool that the installers refused to remove the packaging at first. Then they caused a water leak when hooking up the ice maker. I have spoiled food and the cost of a plumber to repair the water leak. Best Buy is the WORST BUY. STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL FROM CORPORATE. OH YEA, it took Worst Buy one month to deliver my refrigerator, after i paid for it.

Do NOT expect next day delivery when that is what you choose when placing your order. I ordered 2 items yesterday and free delivery today was listed and promised. I got an email in the middle of the night saying my order was "delayed." I spent 45 minutes with customer service and they refused to do anything. I told them I must have my items today, but they refused to change my order to in store pickup or even to cancel my order. All they did was repeatedly say "there is nothing we can do." This is despite the fact that the UPS tracking number they gave me said the order has not even been picked up by UPS, which means there should be no problem cancelling the order. I refuse to spend another $400 to reorder for in-store pickup, then go through the incredible pain of returning when the first order arrives (which they told me to give it a week. A week for "next day" delivery). Just don't bother with Best Buy.

I understand during pandemic period, it takes longer to reach the Best Buy customer service. However, after waiting more than 30 minutes to get my turn to the customer service, I am not sure if the customer is drunk or what: First, he could not remember the phone number I provided more than 3 times. Second, after my question, he simply just point me where to get the info & put me on hold & then hung up?!! Does Best Buy really watch their online customer service quality? My current experience is not. Very lousy Best Buy online customer service quality & only creating more frustrating customers seems it is the goal of Best Buy online customer service group.

Bought a computer from Best Buy and the guy told me that I could get it in a couple of hours we’ll that took a couple of weeks. After a year they charge my credit card for geek squad . I couldn’t get anyone on the phone had the manager at one of the store try it only took her an hour. I will not never go back to Best Buy.

The worst service you can get, the delivery doenst work, they made me wait for 6 hours, they dindt show up, they didnt called me and when I called them they treated me like s@#*t.. I can understand why, they already have the money. If you go buy something on this company, make sure you can get it, coz the delivery service is a shame..

Purchased a 65" screen TV for my son and daughter-in-law for their wedding. The TV was delivered per Best Buy and stayed in the box until they opened it- which was opened after their 15 day return policy. When opened, there was a crack in the screen. Best Buy Customer Service declined our request for return and replacement. We were told to check into having the screen replaced by the TV manufacturer who said it would cost more to replace the screen than buy another tv and encouraged us to call Corporate with the nature of the situation. Corporate was just as bad with customer service and declined helping us in any way. I am disappointed in Best Buy's customer care and service. We won't be returning and I won't be recommending them to others.

I tried to order a game online yesterday through Best Buy's website. Forgot to enter in a $10 reward before purchasing. Didn't think it would be difficult to either cancel the order or have Customer Service apply the $10 reward retroactively. 2 hours later and 6 representatives later I was told nothing could be done. Was transferred to different departments, had my call dropped twice and was put on hold for 15-20 min multiple times. Asked to speak with a supervisor because at this point I could care less about the $10 and was more upset at the time I wasted with no resolution and the archaic system they seem to have in place. Surprise - never received a callback. I'm over buying products from this place.

Received several e-mail messages from Best Buy on a 5-tier shelf. Expected delivery date: July 26th 2020. Wow! I am happy & excited to receive this by July 26th 2020. Still haven't received it. It was paid for on July 20th 2020. I still receive e-mail messages from Best Buy that I am to receive the item on or before July 26th 2020. Look forward to receiving the item on or before July 26th 2020. Have contacted Customer Service & they recommended that I file a complaint against Best Buy if I am to receive the item at all. Terrible service. Best Buy Please! Please don't tell your customers they are expected to receive a particular item on a certain date when "You have No Intention to deliver" Thank you

I have a medical condition with doctors note stating not to wear mask covering mouth but not nose. I went in, got what I needed and went to pay. Checkout person stated he couldn’t sell me until I put a mask covering nose. I explained my condition and had note available but he would still not allow me to purchase. I have not been in one retail store that has not accepted a customers medical condition whether it be retail centers, grocery stores, or hardware stores. The manager didn’t even come up to me and offer any solutions like curbside. Instead he hid behind a radio. I have no problem with social distancing, masks or what ever a business feels they need to do but they don’t make exceptions for customers with medical conditions.

Bought a laptop for my wife's birthday. The salesman said it would be ready before birthday party. They had to install Office Products and now we're protection. When to pick it up at customer service and they said it wasn't ready and wont for another couple hours. Pretty irritated. The salesman clearly just wanted my money. Customer service is poor.

We bought a modem and cable router then changed our minds and decided to use fiber since it's way faster. We tried to return the modem and router within the allowed return period (it was 15 days but they extended it to 30 days in Santa Cruz) but when we called they said they weren't taking returns due to covid. So now we call back and they say we're outside the return period. BE WARNED if you try to return something they play funny business and will use dirty tricks not to accept your return.
