Attendant said that this did it have been canceled the misuse account. But today I woke up and today with debt in my account. And now? And I have other problems like registration error in the system that makes me difficult to access my data. Nothing they solve. Not indicate to anyone who is company.

They say not to worry that the mobile service is canceled but debits the amount in your account later. You can complain by email or phone that the customer neglect is the same.

They hike up the price every month then you call to leave and they agree not to increase the cost. Then on the down low they start a new contract at a higher price including call-out and instillation costs. Then they move your payment date and charge you 50 pounds for late payment that they moved. But don't worry you can always challenge them and dispute the fees. However this will result in them marking your credit file as a non payer. I escalated the case and they offered me a settlement of more than the costs to avoid the negative mark through the regulator. Nasty, filthy, slimy company to deal with.

It would be nice to talk to a normal proper person not someone who is brainwashed by virgin media to read from a selection of cards and not listen to the customer rather than arguing with them and being sarcastic,prices and packages a joke increase when they like forced to take extras we only wanted broadband no we cant just have that you have to have a phone line and a tivo box we have been with them from the start (ntlworld) very disapointed with them!!cut us off because they cancelled the new direct debit!so couldnt use even my mailbox

3 months with Virgin Media and four collapses of broadband living me unable to work on my business. Once for over four days. TWO YEARS WITH SKY AND NO ISSUES. I had no choice but to take on Virgin Media in my building - these landlords that make deals with VM should simply not be allowed. So unreliable. If you have a choice, go with Sky.

My bills have gone up and up - Full house bundle TV Broadband and Phone costing me over 75 pounds per month! I've been with Virgin over 17 years and for this loyalty Customer Services offered me a 5 pound discount, after a lengthy phone conversation to ask for a better deal. What makes it worse is that if I was a new customer I can have exactly the Same package for 45 pounds!! That's no way to treat loyal customers. I must now look to change suppliers. My advice to new Virgin customers.......have a good look at other suppliers first and check what year two is going to cost you!

Worlds Biggest Liars and Cheats, they were the best once upon a time, but days pass by and they cannot be honest with customers been loyal with them for years..... Say one thing and try to blame on customers that they did not understand what they said....

Virgin media by far is the shi*test broadband provider going. Every single day we have problems where there is no internet connection , we are paying £35 for the fibre optic broadband and its just sh*te. We are sick of complaining and nothing getting done . If anyone is thinking of getting virgin media, save yourself the time and your money. You will only be dissapointed. Even the sky £7.50 basic package is 100% better.

Virgin media by far has been the worst Wi-Fi provider. We are paying £35 for the fibre optic Wi-Fi and not a day has passed where it doesnt stop working. We are sick of complaining and nothing being done about it. Prior to this we had the very basic £7.50 Wi-Fi package with sky and that was much better. I would 100% not recommend virgin media Wi-Fi. You will spend more time on the phone complaining to them than anything. Avoid at all cost. Rip off price, awful provider. 0 star rating is what they deserve.

as the ratings suggest...it is indeed the worst company to deal with....they will increase your bill without bringing in your notice...their customer support system is the worst...its not a customers support system..its a customers torture system....they will make you wait on the call for more than 30 minutes and then their customers' services will make you through the same checks 3 times in one call.. and won't still be able to sort your issues..... their prices are the highest and their quality is the poorest.... so stay away from this garb of a company if you want peace of mind.

Very bad, unacceptable, terrible service: long wait on the telephone. Service team in Philippines try their best, but environment much too noisy, which makes it difficult to communicate. Downright disgusting service, as team in UK disconnect the call, when discussion becomes too stressful for them! Live chat unavailable, despite it being offered. Loyal customer discount for broadband laughable. Line rental sky high!. Must have paid for my line several times over. The above applies to virginmobile. A service team member in the Philippines felt that, because i didnt have a "Virgin phone" ???? (I've iphone with Virgin SIM) she couldn't discuss the problem I called for. However: VM are probably no better or worse than any of their rivals.

Literally the worst service ever! An absolute disgrace. It's different when you sign up, after that the service is non-existent. Intermittent broadband and television services and then waiting to get through to services for up to 40 mins. Garbage!!! No marks. Shocking!

We took virgin broadband and phone package. We were told we didn’t have to sort anything out. So day of installation came and we had be told our phone number would be ported over, this didn’t happen so the gentleman that did the installation sorted it out over the phone. We were then told it would happen on the 18th feb. This never happened. We contact virgin and were told our old number has been disconnected. This is a number I have used for my nail business for the past 6 years. So virgin offer us 3 months free and think that’s fair. If anyone rings my number now for nails they will think I’ve gobe out of buisness as the line is dead. Avoid virgin.

Customer nr: 016077005 area: 12 I've made many complaints by phone and the problem is still unresolved. My contract states that I should pay £27 a month. Their system charges me £47 a month every month. I've been told 3 times that it is resolved and it will never charge me £47 a month again but it charges. The only company on the market that clearly steals your money.

Absolutely shocking customer service.. had no tv or broadband for 3 days now..when ring them they keep fobbing me off with "our system is down" but then ask us to make a payment for our account when our bill is not due till 19/03/19 how Covieniant their payment system isn't down but everything else is..so asking us to make a payment for a service that we haven't been able to get for 3 days an also isn't due for another 2 weeks..diabolical service from virgin media will not be using them again after this as cancelling due to their lack of services they promise to provide..shocking company also can not understand a word they say an they are always asking you to repeat yourself..money grabbers
