“The course was very informative however there is way too much emphasis on which regulating body governs which regulation. If I need to know who looks after what regulation at any time I could look it up. I am trying to get my pleasure boat license and I feel that the main emphasis should be on the actual safe operation of a pleasure craft. Not that charts are mandatory for a 100 tom ship. The navigation through different types of bouys is an important part of the course. I also feel that not knowing which answers are incorrect makes it difficult.”
