“Very good animation and narration. Being forced to go back to watch the videos again once you fail a module test doesn't make any sense. Of course I'm not going to watch them again just because I had 3-4 mistakes in the test that includes 10 questions. It takes me way longer to skip the 30-40-50 videos within a module while watching the timer in the bottom right corner than actually spending valuable time to watch those parts again that are not clear for me.”

“Every module was very laid out and informative. The final exam was fair - both with common sense questions and some technical questions. My only complaint is that there is no way of going back over the modules to use as a refresher. There should be a way of downloading the power point presentations so a person could review each module. thx dale”

“Would have given higher rating if not for 2 things. 1. It would have been nice to be asked if the following options were available. - If print manual was read. Therefore, I don't have to take the online course and go right to the final test. The online course is word for word as the print manual. Time wasted. -For ONLINE MODULE TESTS. It would be nice to know which answers were wrong, therefore if you don't have print manual handy you have go through the whole module all over again instead of to the specific area of question. 2. It would be nice to know which questions were wrong in the FINAL TEST. Knowing which questions were wrong would enable boater to know something that would be important in the operation of a boat. (ie. navigation, markers etc.)”
