I enjoyed the videos and found them helpful however, was surprised to see some typos/spelling errors in the document.

Took some time - longer than I was expecting. However time well spent. The information was relevant and it's great to know that all we share the waters with will have obtained some level of knowledge to promote safety for all.

The reason why i sign up to get my boaters license... because of my boyfriend lazy attitude to watch all the videos so i decided to watch all the videos and take notes to help him along the way. I will be honest some of the videos contents was long but I hang in there to help him very informative. I'm happy that i'm finished lol after failing twice Great course i will recommend Boatsmart course to everyone...

Easy to understand tutorials. Love the quizzes at the end of each module. Would have liked to know which answers I had wrong so I could review the information.

I worked hard to make it through the modules but it was worth it!

I did enjoy the fact that there were videos involved in the on line course. The fact that I was never told which answers were incorrect were frustrating. Since I was never aware of which answers were wrong, I continued to think they are right and I am sure these are the ones that I got wrong on the exam. Not knowing which ones they were, I still believe they are correct.

Videos and review at end. Would be helphful that we r told which questions we did not get right!! So we could learn from our mistakes

This was a great process, and would recommend all those who board a pleasure craft to get educated and take the training, This makes for a better boating experience, Also appreciated the tips on how to handle a boat and trailer out of water and the common sense approach taken when operating a boat on Canada's waterways, Well done! Glad to finally get it but it was very long, at the end my partner David Wyndham and I tried to print the cards and no information showed up on the cards so don't know what to do.

It was straightforward and generally easy to navigate. I found there was more time required on the lessons than I needed. I can read faster than the allotted time so I was always waiting to flip to the next lesson.

Hi Catherine - thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We definitely understand that the course timers can be frustrating, but they are mandated by Transport Canada and NASBLA because the testing is online and unsupervised. The course timers are a requirement for all course providers. Glad you stuck with it and safe boating!

Hi Cindy - thanks for the feedback. Since there are a finite number of test questions and the test is open book and unsupervised - Transport Canada and NASBLA regulate that the answers not be shown. This is one of the check and balances put into place to maintain the integrity of online testing. As boaters too, we understand the feedback and are working with regulators to try and improve the process within the confines of online testing. Thanks for sticking with it and safe boating!

I felt that the content jumped around nothing seemed consistent. Made things a bit confusing and drawn out?
