“This program made studying easy but the best part was the awesome customer support when I lost my passwords not once but twice! The staff were either available immediately or got back to me right away even on a long week-end. One improvement would be to speed up the page timer as I am a fast reader and could have completed the program much faster but the page timer had not yet run down. Thanks!”

“I purchased the book, read through it twice and then had to go through all of the same information online before I could write the exam. It was 4 1/2 hours I will never get back!!! Very disappointed.”

“Well done training modules. I would prefer to know what answers were incorrect for the module quizzes - it helps you learn. Need to fix some spelling errors on module 4, lesson 3.”

“Lots of good information. Would have liked to be able to scan some portions and move on quicker. It would also help to review the wrong answers on the quizzes to ensure I absorbed the correct information.”

“Would like to have known where I made my mistakes. Don't want to make the same mistakes while out on the water. The question below how likely I would recommend BOATsmart. I don't think people really have the choice because you need to take the test to be able to boat on the water (unless of course there is another choice).”

“You should show us the answers we got wrong. I would also recommend doing Module 7 and the quiz as one. Also, last quiz should have more time than modules....not less.”

“Some repetitive information and no need to know which law governs certain violations just that it is illegal would suffice. Knowing which questions are wrong and the correct answer would help in the learning and not leave us in the dark about what we didn't know and need to correct”

“It really sucks that we cannot see the correct quiz answers so that we can learn from our mistakes.... or at least let us know which questions were wrong so we can figure out the right answer For the future. Other than that everything is well done!”

“Would have been nice to review the test to see what you got right or wrong. Should only have to redo the modules lessons that you fail the question on taking the test. Overall well presented and I would recommend it to others.”

“The course was good but focused too much on naming pieces of legislation. No regular person needs to know what section, of which act of legislation requires you to behave a certain way. Just tell us the rules!”
