“I LOVE BOHO BEAUTIFUL! I started the online pilates classes a year and a half ago. I've been doing them 5 days per week along with my regular workout routine. Most take only 20 minutes, which is great. I've never felt more flexible or had this much core strength. I've noticed running has become easier because of it as well. I've shared boho beautiful with all of my friends, who are all now addicted, and I even do the workouts when on vacation.”

“Boho Beautiful has changed my life. I’m 52 yrs old and had never done yoga until I tried the classes on your site. Although I’ve been fit most of my adult life, injuries and stress had taken a toll on my body. When I first started the classes on your YouTube channel, I could barely do the moves and couldn’t make it all the way through any of the classes. I had no balance, no flexibility and no strength. I would fall over in stances and would often find myself crying during hip opening yin classes. I persevered and stuck with it and slowly improved over time. My flexibility, balance and strength are greatly improved. I feel 10 yrs younger and know I will only continue to improve as I dedicate myself to this practise. “I found Boho Beautiful about a year and a half ago when I was trying to maintain my overall health and wellness while living on the road in a foreign country. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for discovering this wonderful couple! Their yoga practices and fitness videos challenge my physical and emotional state while helping me feel balanced and more present in my everyday life. There is no way I would have been able to foster and sustain an at home practice if it wasn't for their material on the Patreon platform. I get access to yoga, Pilates, fitness classes, yoga workouts, posture tutorials and live streams all for only 10 bucks a month! Even though it is a small contribution it makes me so fulfilled to know that I am helping Juliana and Mark continue to shoot spectacular content from incredible places all over the world, while shining light on very important aspects of this human existence. I also use their Happy Healthy Plant Based Eating Guide to steer me in the right direction when it comes to what I eat. There is a ton of tips, tricks and plant based recipes to help you feel your best! Most recently, I purchased one of their hand made aquamarine gemstone necklaces and I absolutely love it! It is beautiful, calming and helps me redirect my energy when needed, just like Juliana and Mark. If you haven't checked out Boho Beautiful yet I highly encourage you to, you won't be disappointed.
