“I love the way these workout programs and classes are put together. I’ve never stuck with the same program of any kind for this long. They are very welcoming, and I always feel great afterwards. It’s helped me a lot to stay healthier and also work on mindfulness at the same time. I really appreciate that Mark and Juliana have made this content available at a range of different budget accessibilities. Buying programs is very worth it but the stuff you can access for free on YouTube has just as much care and thought put into it. The dietary things are harder for me to follow, buying food for just me I tend to not be able to eat a lot of fresh ingredients fast enough to actually have that much variety in my weekly diet - I’m sure that’s on me. The workouts are especially nice because you don’t need to have access to an expensive gym or something to do them and work up to being in good shape at your own pace from your own home.”

Having always been into fitness, I wanted to try something different and I couldn’t be happier! The workouts are amazing, after each one you feel stronger, more positive and energized, but also peaceful and calm.
