This year, I purchased a recipe book and it's been plenty of help as I had failed before at attempting the vegan diet. I would ask that if you're new to the lifestyle, try their recipe book. “I had watched one of Boho Beautiful’s recipe videos on YouTube which then got me really excited about buying The Happy Healthy Plant Based Eating Guide. My daughter had become strictly dairy free which made my husband and I turn toward more of a plant based diet for the family. This book helped us understand how to maintain a well balanced diet getting all of the nutrients we need while trying out some delicious new meals! Our family favorites are the Happy Buddha Bowl and the Protein Power Balls! Aside from Juliana and Mark’s helpful tips they also share their stories and open up their hearts to everyone. “I really love your videos, especially the pilaties and this program is no exception. I very much enjoyed the length of the classes, that is what makes them really different from the ones on YouTube. I had just gotten back from an intense pilaties retreat in Thailand and though I would buy this program for myself to keep up on my practice. This is definitely not a beginner program but what’s great is that if you do the free YouTube videos then you can push yourself better in these classes. Just one thing, it would be nice to get completely different moves on the programs, than the ones on YouTube, it would just make it a little more special. Other than that this is a great program!”
