“Firstly in the same order I was sent a faulty product and then another product 3 sizes too large! Their returns process seems straight-forward but please take this as a warning... It is not!! They refunded me for one less item than they should have and I have been going round and round in circles for over 2 weeks trying to get this resolved and am still getting nowhere! I usually either get no response whatsoever or some sort of useless generic response... And then occasionally! I get someone that looks like they may actually be able to help me only to then have someone else reply to my next email and just destroy all the progress I seem to have made! The fact that they do not provide a customer services phone number as well is very suspect...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I truly hope that you have read the reviews of this company before making your purchases. This is the worst nightmare I have encountered and until now, I am experiencing heavy anxiety.
It’s been 19 days since my package was supposed to be delivered on the 27th September to an address in the Netherlands. I can tell you that I have not received the package and the customer care team does nothing but claim to be investigating the issue. Well, they have stopped replying to my communication at this stage. I have since requested for a refund, to which I have not received any confirmations at all.
I have spent 250 euro for purchases on items on their site and this was quite expensive for me considering I am still a student.
Customers, please beware. Don’t get lured by this company by falling into their trap.

I Paid £6 delivery for selected delivery, and it won't arrive by the time I need it, getting 4 responses for 4 different people the only way to contact them is through social media, which is a total joke, cannot cancel my order. “I ordered an item I wanted to take on a holiday with me so paid for next day delivery. My address was not available for next day so I got it ordered to a locker in the area. 3 days later (after the weekend) I received a notification to say my parcel was delivered to a locker in a completely different location 40mins from my house. I called the courier company who said Boohoo had already told them there were a number of items misdelivered and to take it up with Boohoo. I contacted them online (as there is no contact number) and the next day was re-assured it was delivered at the correct locker. I checked the locker and it was not in fact there. Another day went past and I was told they were checking with claims. Yet another day went by and claims said they were looking into it. 48 hours went by and I didn't hear anything. By this point it was too late and I was already on holiday and no longer required the item.
I have now been told it will take them 14-15 days to get the item back to the warehouse and then another 4-5 days to issue a refund. What a joke.”

Just as review below, misleading customers with prices, offers and delivery.
I made a large order, several hundred pounds worth. Some sale items, some full price items. I was offered a £1 delivery at checkout which I accepted.
When received confirmation I saw I had been charged full price for the sale items. Which were still on sale on the website.
Thinking this was just an error I contacted boohoo customer services who advised me as I had taken the £1 delivery offer it voided all other offers/promotions. Including sale items. They refused to help me further.
This is very very misleading and quite frankly dupping customers.
Despite liking majority of the items I am returning them all for refund. I paid through PayPal so any disputes with refunds I will go through them. And make sure I have proof of postage.
I will never shop here again and warn others. They seem to be happy to fleece customers of their money and customer services is appalling.
Will stick with misguided and H&M”
“Had quite a few problems with boohoo and this current one tops it off. I have been waiting for a refund since 12th July. I've been chasing them up with emails saying that I would like the refund and this company is pure ignorance.i wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this website and it's an absolute nightmare to get your money back. “If you are looking for a clothing website that doesn't play schemes to cheat you from money then do not shop here. This is the type of company who advertise numerous attractive offers with loop holes to cheat you of money. One example that I have experienced, is offering a sale and delivery discount at the same time, with the fine print of losing your savings if you apply these at the same time. By loosely advertising this and adding brief description of these conditions, they will happily take your money and show no sympathy to your loss. In the future I will be shopping elsewhere amongst the very competitive industry and will advise others to do the same.
Happy and quick to take your money, but s complete different story when it comes to compensating the customers who have been cheated of they're own hard earned money, being a student myself, I will not be taking this lightly, despite no hope via email.”
“I ordered a few things from boohoo and tracked my order with hermes and on the day of delivery(Yesterday)when I checked it it stated that my items have been send back to sender i was at home all day so I called hermes to be told call boohoo to be told to email them i did that no respone called again today to be told to Facebook them.I've been talking to someone called keeley all she could tell me is my item has been sent back and I will get a refund but not my items.I have never heard of that before as other companies will try to redeliver.I Will never use boohoo again also have to wait to weeks to get my money back SMH.Shame on you boohoo bad customer service”
“Returned items over 2 months ago , no refunds no emails to say they received my items when i question they said they got them, refunds not processed. Then told refunds processed 5 days later no money , again i contacted said failed again another 5 days got in contact said they had to be manually put through expect 24-48 hours asking if i have open disputes when i clearly started i didn't and yet again nothing, legal action will be taken !!!”

I received a dress late after paying next day delivery and when it arrived it had the biggest hole in the side of it and it took boohoo days to reply when emailing them, I had to pay to send this dress back, they wouldn't even replace it instead. Took two weeks for a refund but they wouldnt refund me the £5 delivery charge even though i paid for them to send me faulty clothes and i didn't get the return postage back either! Absolutely waste of money and time. Poor quality, this hole was so noticeable they clearly don't respect their customers”
