“Fuyez! Reservation de navette pour trajet Hué Hoi An. Chauffeur ne parlant pas un mot d'anglais, sans Gps, ne sachant pas s'orienter pour déposer les gens à l'hôtel. Nous demande de répondre à son manager au téléphone.Arrivés a Hoi An, Nous avons du finir à pied tellement il était perdu. Total 5h30 de trajet! Service nul”

“After having booked a bus and a ferry connection with them, they cancelled on the morning of the travel the bus connection, having left the ferry connection still booked. No contact from their support team.”

“Do not choose book away, 1 problem:did not get the ticket until 4 hours before take off and i got it because i mailed and asked where my ticket was. The contact mail adress on the website is not availibale and you can not send through there, you need to check in answer your recit mail. 2. It showed on the map that we were suposed to wait at a pier, but the bus never came and then all of the sudden when ive asked personal at the pier they called the service and they told that the bus was waiting on the other side of the pier, this was noot informed on the ticket or recit Worst experience of all time”

“SCAMMED! Bookaway processed payment for bus trip tomorrow morning. Received email stating "If you are not getting your ticket in the next 24 hours, please contact our support" but the trip is in 16 hours. CONTACTED THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL. THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS TO A DEFUNCT WEBSITE AND THE EMAIL SENT WAS UNDELIVERABLE! NO SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE.”

“Booked a bus: wrong address provided for pickup location, huge premium (about 50%) over the actual bus ticket price (16 USD instead of 11), wrong info about the duration of the bus, no info that we had to switch twice (bus to ferry to bus)”

“Booked 3 days in advance a simple bus ticket. We've received money trasfer confirmation.. 12h before departure (money was already transfered) WE had to email where they would pick us up. Turns out there was no space on the bus.. Lost 1 day of travelling and a lot of money. (Pickup, ferry, hostel..) NEVER AGAIN!”

“After they called us to reschedule because the original time was fully booked, they canceled 50minutes before the new departure time. With no information what so ever, via a childish way of writing an email. Left us stranded in the city forced to pay for another night in a hotel and lay for hotel we've booked in the original place of destination. Would definitely NOT recommend this service to others in vietnam. Truly a bad service.”
