“Hi, It was nice to book a trip to Colombia through Bookmundi. We can ask everything to Vivien and in the end, we were satisfied with Vivien's all explanations about the trip. After we were persuaded about the expenses we paid the deposit very easily and quickly in the offer of Bookmundi. This was great. I hope the remaining proceeds will be very easy and helpful. And I hope the trip will be better than our expectations; this is the most important part of our cooperation with Bookmundi. Thank you”

“We have tried multiple times to contact you with questions via messaging and email. Could you please provide us with information pertaining to how we will be picked up at the airport the name of the hotels and we would like an itinerary sent to us 7-25-23 This trip that we have fully paid for begins in six days. We still do not have any itinerary and have made multiple requests for this only to be told they will get it to us.. at this point I feel like I have been scammed. I gave them zero stars.”

“Outstanding travel service. Bookmundi worked with MiCuba to set me up with an apartment in Old Town Havana, rides to and from the airport, and local contacts to help me get acclimated, help with touring around the city, and setting up a taxi ride for my 2 days in Varadero. Daniel and Daniella were absolutely outstanding hosts and guides, it was such a huge help to be able to meet them and touring the city with Danny was like walking around Havana with an old friend. I 100% recommend Bookmundi and try and get Danny and Dani as your hosts!! Thanks guys!”

“I had been planning a trip to Morocco for quite some time and knew exactly where I wanted to go. Normally I'm a solo traveler, but decided to look into group tours. After a lot of comparison shopping, I found the Morocco Encompassed tour that goes everywhere I want to go at a fair price. Bookmundi made the process easy, they respond quickly to emails, and take into consideration special requests. I recommend.”

“My husband and I have been trying to get to the Netherlands for 3 years now (Covid.) Our trip has been booked and rebooked to new dates 3 times. It's almost embarrassing like it was my fault the world had a pandemic. Bookmundi was FANTASTIC! They very patiently worked with us every step of the way to make certain we were taken care of and we are finally leaving in 3 weeks for our trip! Questions were answered and emails responded to very quickly. This is our one trip of a lifetime, but if we were ever able to travel overseas again, we will definitely go through Bookmundi.”
