“I spoke with Peter and he explain me why the $75 charge if you’re trying to change the dates on your trip nothing to do with bookmundi. I decide to not change the dates on my trip I don’t wanna pay those fees, but Peter also offer me a code for my next trip reservation whit Bookinmundi. Thank you Peter for your help.”

“I like to book thru bookmundi because they take credit cards , they give you travel credit for your next trip and they offer the travel at discount prices. They answer my emails fairly quickly and once I had a change in travel plans and they contacted the operator of the tour to let them know we would be late.”

“Sarah Thomsen was the customer service corresponder that dealt with my queries regarding my upcoming tour and I can honestly say she was very professional, efficient and on hand with any of my questions. I felt that her professionalism and quick responses were just what I needed as I do get a little stressed when it comes to my holiday planning and with the knowledge she transferred to me from the CEO tour guide I will be going with made me feel at ease and I really appreciate that. Her mannerisms also within the emails were really nice as she was willing to help and when she could. Very good member of the team you have there highly rated customer service Many thanks I will surely book with book Mundi again and hope my correspondence is with Sarah as she was great :) thanks again for all the help”

“I booked a trip through Bookmundi rather than direct with the travel operator itself, simply because Bookmundi was offering a modest discount on the price. While this meant dealing with a third party for follow up queries, they were responsive, helpful and fair (for example, when I wanted to add an optional extra activity, they charged exactly the same as the operator despite the extra work this caused them). Very happy to recommend Bookmundi to others based on my experience with them so far.”

“The service provided has been refreshing. My question get answered and my interest in deviations to the tour are communicated to the tour operator. They have been able to get a quick response from the tour operator and communicate to me what can be achieved, allowing me to make the best decision for my needs. Pricing was also good. I would use them again.”

“Working with Bookmundi to plan and book my trip was great! They are very quick to respond by email, and also very tailored in their approach to addressing questions and issues that arose with my booking. I haven't yet gone on my trip (It's next week!), but Bookmundi has definitely made the planning process very smooth and I would use them again!”
