“I like to book thru bookmundi because they take credit cards , they give you travel credit for your next trip and they offer the travel at discount prices. They answer my emails fairly quickly and once I had a change in travel plans and they contacted the operator of the tour to let them know we would be late.”

“I booked a trip through Bookmundi rather than direct with the travel operator itself, simply because Bookmundi was offering a modest discount on the price. While this meant dealing with a third party for follow up queries, they were responsive, helpful and fair (for example, when I wanted to add an optional extra activity, they charged exactly the same as the operator despite the extra work this caused them). Very happy to recommend Bookmundi to others based on my experience with them so far.”
