“Super great support and customer service from Peter. He was very professional and very prompt to reply.” When I canceled the trip because a Travelmate had a slight issue, and I asked him to reinstate the trip two days later, he did everything possible in his capacity to revert the cancellation and put us back on the trip. He went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. He is trustworthy and reliable. I will definitely and happily ask for him to handle my booking next time. KUDOS to you Peter and team!”

“I have been working with Jane and she has been very helpful. She held a spot for me until I could make my deposit and secure a reservation. I appreciate and feel Bookmundi is a great tour operator. My only concern is that the price changed from the time the spot was reserved and the day I made the deposit. I am hopeful Bookmundi will honor the price at the time I reserved a spot.”
