“No words to say how grateful I'm with the excelent service provided by the agencies, specially Hymalaian Leisure and Bookmundi. Due to covid rules, I sadly had to cancel my tour and I imagined that It would ruin my vacation because of the taxes that I would have to pay, but the agency and the Bookmundi understood my situation and allowed me to cancel without any tax, so It allowed me few days later to plan again my tour as the rules to enter in the country was updated. Thanks for the humanized service and to make dreams come true, without that, my second chance to travel would not be possible. I will recommend to my friends!”

“Great communication and able to work with you, despite the constant changes surrounding Covid. We had a honeymoon scheduled for April 2020, but due to travel restrictions, had to postpone to 2021. Considering the state of the pandemic in 2021, the trip had to, once again, be pushed 1 year. Now looking into 2022, we are in a very similar situation. Since it has gone on over 2 years, we asked for a full refund and Bookmundi was able to make it happen. We will gladly rebook our trip with Bookmundi once international travel becomes more normal.”

“Customer service Jane has exchanged email few times to gladly refund my reservation due to cancellation on the trip that I deposited. The cancellation in Feb 2022 has caused me to revise travel plan. when I confirm my plan, will loook Bookmundi web site again. Thanks.”
