Due to covid rules, I sadly had to cancel my tour and I imagined that It would ruin my vacation because of the taxes that I would have to pay, but the agency and the Bookmundi understood my situation and allowed me to cancel without any tax, so It allowed me few days later to plan again my tour as the rules to enter in the country was updated. “Great communication and able to work with you, despite the constant changes surrounding Covid. We had a honeymoon scheduled for April 2020, but due to travel restrictions, had to postpone to 2021. Considering the state of the pandemic in 2021, the trip had to, once again, be pushed 1 year. Now looking into 2022, we are in a very similar situation.
