“I booked and paid for a trip to India with Bookmundi about a month in advance, but without a visa in advance. I was led to believe by the supplier website that as a Canadian I could get an e-Visa in just a few days. That turned out not to be true. There was not enough time to get one the usual way, sending in my passport by mail. So I cancelled immediately, within 24 hours. Nevertheless the supplier insisted on a 60% cancellation fee. I protested to Jane at Bookmundi, who agreed this was unfair and took up my case with the supplier, who finally relented and returned all my money. So kudos to Jane at Bookmundi.”
